Whether you’re easing into yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you’re in the right place. You’ll find the same balance of movement, breathwork, and relaxation as our in-person classes, but with the flexibility to practice at your own pace, right from home. And of course, you’re now part of a supportive and welcoming community that’s here to share the journey with you.

What’s included?

We’re excited to start this 6-week journey of movement, mindfulness, and connection with you, from October 21 – December 1. Over the coming weeks, you’ll experience the calming benefits of yin yoga and the invigorating flow of movement – all designed to help you stay grounded, improve your flexibility, and find a sense of balance in both body and mind.

Each week, you’ll have access to pre-recorded classes and personalised support, making it easy to weave yoga into your routine, wherever and whenever it suits you. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Week one

    Yin and Flow – Foundations

This week is all about laying the groundwork. We'll explore the basics of yin and flow yoga, focusing on breathwork, alignment, and posture. You'll learn foundational poses and understand the difference between the two styles. Whether you’re new or experienced, this week will help you feel grounded and prepared for the journey ahead.

  • Week two

    Letting Go & Release

This week, we’ll dive into the theme of letting go, both physically and mentally. In flow, we’ll focus on releasing tension through dynamic movements, while in yin, we’ll hold poses that encourage deep release in the body. The emphasis will be on surrendering and softening, allowing your body and mind to relax and restore.

  • Week three

    Balance & Stability

In both life and yoga, balance is key. This week, we’ll explore how to create stability in poses and find balance between effort and ease. The flow class will focus on standing and balancing postures, while yin will help you cultivate inner balance through grounding, slow-paced poses

  • Week four

    Self-Acceptance & Compassion

This week encourages self-compassion and acceptance of where you are in your yoga practice. Flow will invite you to explore your edge while being kind to yourself, and yin will offer a space for reflection and non-judgmental observation. The focus will be on accepting yourself just as you are today.

  • Week five

    Strength & Growth

Yoga is not only about flexibility but also strength. This week, we’ll focus on building physical and mental resilience. Flow will challenge your strength and endurance, while yin will help restore and balance your energy. You’ll notice how far you’ve come, both in body and mind, as you grow in your practice.

  • Week six

    Integration & Connection

In our final week, we’ll bring together everything we’ve learned. Flow will focus on integrating breath, movement, and awareness, while yin will help you connect deeply with your body and mind. The theme of connection will guide us as we reflect on how yoga can help create a deeper connection with ourselves and others.
