Reschedule a class

If you need to reschedule your Movement Club class, here are four easy ways to do it yourself.

1. Via email: Moving to another class at the same location

  • Open your reminder or confirmation email.

  • Click Change or Cancel Appointment.

  • Choose Reschedule and pick another date/time at the same location.

  • Done! You’ll get an updated confirmation email.

Tip: If you cannot see the reminder, check Promotions or Spam, or search your inbox for “Bend” or “Acuity.”

2. Via email: Moving to a class in a different location

  • Open your reminder or confirmation email.

  • Click Change or Cancel Appointment and choose Cancel.

  • Your credit goes straight back into your account.

  • Click “Book Another Class” or head to the [booking page], choose your new class at any location, and book again using the same email you used to buy your block.

  • Acuity will automatically apply your credit (no need to type in a code).

Tip: If you cannot see the reminder, check Promotions or Spam, or search your inbox for “Bend” or “Acuity.”

3. Log in to your client account

If you prefer not to search emails, you can log in to your client page to see all your upcoming bookings.

  • Follow this [link] and click Log in or Sign up with the same email you used to buy your block.

  • Open Upcoming Appointments. From there you can:

    • Reschedule within the same location using the reschedule button.

    • Or Cancel if you want to switch locations — your credit will go straight back into your account.

  • If you cancel, just rebook the new class at your chosen location with the same email and your credit will be applied automatically.

  • If the system asks for a code, click your email in the top right and select Manage codes to copy your code and use it at checkout.

  • You’ll always get a confirmation email with your updated booking.

4. Using the Acuity Scheduling App

  • Download the Acuity Scheduling Client app:

  • Open the app and click “Add Business.”

  • Log in using the same email address you booked with
    (you may need to create a password if it’s your first time)

  • Once added, you can:

    • View your schedule

    • Cancel or reschedule classes

    • Book new sessions using your class pass
